We will have a look. We have not released an update for the last couple of days. So it might be an external issue. Could you provide me with the phone/browser and the respective versions? This way we can reproduce the issue (hopefully).

tbh i dindt check it much lately on mobile, so the issue might be there already before :S
Since I am doing all work on desktop and then just check the resposive design on mobile.
So i might never seen it, while it could be there all the time.
I have tested it on newsest Android Sytem and Samsung Browser on a Samsung Galaxy S9 and also on a Iphone 7 with Safari. The Samsung is uptodate, the Iphone I am not 100% sure.
Both accure to have the same bug, so once u accept the cookies, and then especially when you go to the cart or the cashier (after putting a product in the cart), the banner will re pop up again and ask for the OK for the Cookies again :S
No issues at all on desktop.
Could it maybe be, that i have installed hotjar but then blocked my IP from tracking myself? But then again on, I have just tested it on my samsung with incognito mode and my 4g mobile internet with a different IP.

I understand this post has been resolved, albeit without knowing how, but I have exactly the same issue.
The banner keeps popping up when on every page after I selected only functional cookies.
As soon as I once choose All cookies, it seems to keep the setting. When I then change to Functional cookies, it doesn’t pop-up again. I am not sure if the setting was set correctly to only functional.
At the same time, I also had an issue with a jQuery dropdown menu, which closed immediately. This was due to incompatibility with another plugin. That might also have been the culprit.

So, before you accept it as resolved, I would check if you have any jQuery scripts that
might be in the way.

Thanks for answering. The site is https://albers-roukema.pt/
Removing another plugin (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/caspers-fly-in-cta/, that I only need temporarily) resolved the issue.
That plugin also caused the dropdown menu to close immediately after opening.

@concatenate good to hear that you managed to solve the issue!
Just wanted to mention that it might be a compatibility problem with another plugin, in my case something with jQuery.
I am just not 100% sure if the incompatibility originates from the Complianz plugin or the Fly-In plugin. I think the latter, as removing that plugin resolved the issues.
