Cookie Banner Cannot Be Disabled – Free Version

    Hello,

    I am using the free version of Spacious. On my website, a large cookie banner appears that covers a significant part of the content. It does not react anymore neither to “accept” nor “deny” but stays permanent, covering about 1/5 of the website for viewers.

    I have already tried the following – all without success:

    CSS to hide the banner

    JavaScript snippets (via Code Snippets plugin)

    Deactivating all plugins in Troubleshooting Mode

    Searching the theme files (functions.php, inc/, assets/js) for keywords like cookie, consent, notice, dsgvo

    The banner is generated dynamically and currently cannot be removed via theme options or plugins.

    Question: Is there a way to reliably disable this banner in the free version? If not, any guidance on workarounds or Pro version options would be very helpful.

    We finally found the reason in the Slimstat Plugin. Not in the Spacious Theme, so this post can be deleted.
