    Are you aware that even if we only link the convertkit form to the Contact 7 form. It works fine however the ConvertKit form also start showing on the very bottom of each page of WordPress website?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I’m not seeing what you’re describing. I do see that you’ve added some CSS to hide the ConvertKit form, but I also don’t see the form in the page source.

    I’d certainly like to help get this resolved – could you please open a support ticket either with the chat widget on app.convertkit.com, or by emailing support@convertkit.com? You can ask that they refer the ticket to Travis.

    I might have disabled the plugin. I have activated it again and it is showing up again.
    I can also see it on all pages.
