Convertion PNG to JPG doesn’t work

    Hi,
    The option “Convertion PNG to JPG” doesn’t work on my website.
    PNG pictures loaded in medias section are not converted on JPG in front.

    WordPress Version 6.1.1
    Imsanity Version 2.8.2

    An idea ?

    Hi gaet,

    This only applies when to new images as you upload them. Is that what isn’t converting? If you want existing images converted, you would need to use our EWWW Image Optimizer plugin.

    If that’s not what’s happening, could you share an example image? I’ve tested it and it appears to be working.

    I downloaded and uploaded that to one of our test sites with just Imsanity installed and it converted it right away. I tried with the resize and the original and both converted.
    Can you make sure the PNG to JPG option is selected in the plugin settings and then try re-uploading it?
