I am currently attempting to convert my current html/php/css site to a wordpress powered blog and I am having some issues.

I am trying to decide if I should use code snippets to display my wordpress posts on pages within my site, or if I should make a blog theme that mirrors the look of my existing website. I have never done either of these before and I’m running into problems with both options.

When trying to use code snippets I am running into trouble with navigation. The newer/older post buttons appear, but they dont link correctly and send me back to a messed version of the sites homepage.

If trying to create a theme to match my existing site, I dont even know where to start. If I do go this route I will still need to display many pages that are not part of the blog.

Would anyone be able to help me get started on this? I am fairly well versed in html and I can read and copy php and css, but havent really built anything on my own using those. If someone could donate some time on skype I would greatly appreciate it,

You need to use wordpress and just your content from your other website and let wordpress do the linking.

WordPress is a script designed to work for any website project and you just need to learn how to use the program.

I will help you if you register on my website and I have 23 videos to walk you through admin panel.

Once registered I have skype on my website contact me from there.
