converting text to html

Guys, my parents are struggling with their webpage and having this problem from unknown reason. Their contact form sends plain text although html is checked. I am really not familiar with coding pages and friend of mine advised me to look for filter in contact form that convert plain text in email to html before sending.
We receive email like this <table border="1"><tr><td><b>Produkt: 1</b></td><td>Šírka : 100</td><td>Výška : 100</td><td>Počet : 2 ks</td><td>Typ : 01</td><td valign="top">.
Before they receive email in this
format .
