Converting php page to a dynamic wp page (2 posts)

I have a php page which accepts various parameters and outputs mainly tables based on the parameters.

My question is how do I get this page into WordPress? I know I could create a single page and then with PHP Exec include the php page but how do I pass on the parameters (with permalinks)?
I have in total 250 parameters and I wouldn't want to create 250 separate pages (not until I have to). But if I go the single page route that should also change the page title, is that possible?

    Thanks for any suggestions

  2. Don't use PHP Exec. Use a custom Page Template instead.

And as long as the parameter names don't conflict with WordPress's own parameters, it'll work fine. Just http://example.com/pagename/?foo=bar and so forth.
