[Resolved] Converting from ugly to pretty permanlinks

  • Hi everybody – I need some considered expert advice here.

Our WP blog was born before pretty permalinks were an option. Ours are the old http://www.mysite.com/?p=38 style. We have 1,000+ posts and Google page 1 weighting for a big bunch of search terms – many above the fold. So preserving our Google ranking is the top priority.

I know that could deploy a 301 redirect for them one by one. That’s the bottom line. But I really hope some guru has a better answer!

    Thanks for your time.
