    Hi Support,

    I raised a ticket with Convertbox as I’ve had to disable it due to a conflict that was introduced with the last Cleantalk update. They have said you’re aware of this. Can you give me a time line for a fix please as this is an important part of my website conversions.

    Hello, @alantomkins.

    Yes, we applied necessary fixes for the issue about Convertbox.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:

    The Complete Deactivation option is mandatory.

    Thanks Serge, it’s a long way around to fix, but it’s done. Good job it’s not on 30 sites.
