Convert Userpress Wiki pages to WP post/page?

I have nearly 5000 wiki pages and 25000 url links to those pages. Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with the plugin, we need to convert all of those pages to WP post/page. To simply copy & paste all those pages, as well as filtering every single link with a new url, will take a long time.
Is there an easier method to converting wiki’s to wp post?
There is a feature to convert wp post to wiki’s but I need that in reverse.
