Convert iso to utf-8, widgets crash

    Hey,

    I converted my wp blog from iso-8859-1 to utf-8 (i used Text pPd), everything is fine; however, widgets plugin doesn’t work, no sidebar appears in the front, and in the admin page the options of widgets doesn’t work.
