Convert inc vat to ex vat prices

I imported a load of products from opencart into woocommerce and it’s worked, BUT all the prices came in as INC Vat.
I need to bulk update prices by dividing all prices by 1.2
a/ will your plugin work with 4.2.4 wordpress ok?
b/ will it perform the task i want
