 * Yes, there are a number of good resources out there that will teach you how to
   go about doing it. I would try the wordpress codex first.
 * I personally learned using lynda.com. Search for a video series called, “WordPress:
   Essential Training” by Morten Rand-Hendrickson.
 * THere are probably free video series that give you the same instruction, but 
   you will have to search for them.
