 * To view conversation information, follow these steps:
    – Go to your IBM Cloud
   Dashboard – [https://cloud.ibm.com/resources](https://cloud.ibm.com/resources);–
   Click on your Watson Assistant service name in Services list; – Click “Launch
   Watson Assistant”; – Click on your Assistant; – On the Assistant tab, сlick on
   Dialog Skill; – On the Dialog Skill tab, select “Analytics” from the menu on 
   the left ([sample screenshot](https://pasteboard.co/IQfwoyz.png)); – You can 
   familiarize yourself with the general information of conversations in the “Overview”
   tab or view the full history of conversations in the “User conversations” tab.
 * You can also enable the collection of chat history in Advanced Plugin Features
   on the “Chat History” tab and view it from the database using SQL queries.
