I upgraded this plugin to maximise security on a client site but due to absolutely no support whatsoever I want to cancel my membership. But there is no way to do this on his site or in his dashboard and he won't reply to support requests to enable such.
His Security Certificate has expired which I find somewhat ironic and my own worries now lie in the security of my own computer as I have to accept the expired certificate to sign in!
If I can't cancel, how many others are in the same boat? How much money is going to this man?
I want my plugin membership cancelled and surety that my credit card will not be asked to pay on the 15th. Someone help me please?!
