continuous synchronization

    Due to the questionable infrastructure in our area, the Internet connection fails often. Sometimes it takes days before it comes back.

    In our setup, both the public and our office must be able to change data in our WordPress site. Visitors register and change profiles, our office uses the data for a kind of job-matching.

    We are looking for a kind of async master-master replication setup where both WordPress systems are made in-sync when the Internet connection works and both work independant when necessary.

    Anybody have experience with this or some similar setup?
    Or ideas on how to program this?
