# Continuous loading problem

 * I have just received this website to work on and updated to 3.9.1. When opened
   first the WordPress will load normally, but after that it gets stuck in a loading
   loop when I click to do something. This happens no matter what I click and goes
   on indefinitely. Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix it?

 * Have you tried to deactivate all plugins to see if that solved the issue? Does
   it do with a default theme? ( 2013/2014 )

 * It wont even let me do that, if I click anything it goes in to that loading loop
   and doesn’t complete the task.

 * You can reset using [FTP or phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).
