Continue loading posts after first page loads without ajax (fake page complete)

My wordpress theme is structured as a multilevel jquery accordion and I would like to query all the posts of the site at once because I found Ajax to be too slow when it came to dynamically filling content of the lower levels.

My question is how can I fake that the page has finished loading after the first level of posts have been queried? I am afraid that some users will only start navigating when the loading animations of the page disappear which will take quite a while.

Would be grateful for any creative ideas or workarounds,
