# continue button greyed out

 * Hi
 * I am trying to connect my merchant account to google for woocommerce.
 * But the continue buttom seems to be staying grey, i saw another post that said
   the address needs to the same, the address are both the same but still showing
   greyed out.
   Also, it shows my merchant ID, google ADS ID correctly.
 * any ideas please?

   your Merchant Center ID and Google Ads ID are showing as expected, yet the Continue
   button remains greyed out. That kind of stall during setup can be frustrating,
   especially when you have already double checked details like the business address
   and are ready to move forward. I am keen to help get this moving with you.
 * To take a closer look at what is happening on your end, could you please share
   a screenshot of the screen where the Continue button is greyed out. You can upload

   the link here. This will help confirm exactly which step is blocking the flow
   and guide the next steps accurately.

 * Hi there!
   Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that all accounts are
   connected, but the **Continue** button is still grayed out. It appears that these
   accounts may need to be reset. Please follow the steps below to resolve this 
   issue:
    1. **Disconnect Your Google Accounts**
    2.  - Navigate to the **Google for WooCommerce Settings** page: `https://<example.
          com>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fgoogle%2Fsettings` (Replace
          <example.com> with your site’s domain.)
        - Scroll down and select **Disconnect from all accounts**.
    3. **Reconnect Your Google Accounts**
    4.  - After disconnecting, go to **Marketing**, then** Google for WooCommerce**.
        - Follow the prompts to reconnect your accounts:
           * Google Account
           * Google Merchant Center
           * Google Ads Account
        - Once all required accounts are successfully linked and your store address
          is complete, the **Continue** button should become active.
