 * The slider is displaying with an inline height and width applied to the top-most
   container element.
 * `<div id="slider53_container_" style="width: 920px; height: 600px;">`
 * This doesn’t match the slider’s height / width as set under the general tab,
   which is currently: 800px x 480px, but it does scale with it proportionally.
   I’m wondering why 120px are being added to both values within the container?
   It’s creating odd spacing for which the only direct remedy is to reduce the display
   size of the images themselves.
 * I can hack the extra spacing out of the display, but that’s not ideal.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcontiner-element-inline-width-and-height%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Dear oakley56fila,
 * Thanks for your post.
 * May we kindly ask you to inform which version of the plugin do you use?
    We have
   tested the width and height functionality of the Slider both in the free version
   and in the pro version.
 * These are the changes done in the free version:
    [http://prntscr.com/gfrc17](http://prntscr.com/gfrc17)
   [http://prntscr.com/gfrdqd](http://prntscr.com/gfrdqd)
 * And here are the changes applied to the slider in the pro version:
    [http://prntscr.com/gfrfoj](http://prntscr.com/gfrfoj)
   [http://prntscr.com/gfrfsd](http://prntscr.com/gfrfsd)
 * As it can be found from the screenshots, we have tested the slider on the default
   WordPress theme.
    Thus, we think you have some conflict of the Slider plugin
   with your current theme or any other plugin added to your website.
 * We would be grateful if you change your theme to one of WordPress default themes
   for a few seconds only in order to exclude the possibility of the theme conflict
   or prove our suspicions.
 * That we will be nice, also, if you try to deactivate all your plugins and check
   if the issue still exists or not.
 * We will wait for your results.
 * Thanks
