# Contest Not Starting

 * I am trying to start a contest today and no matter what time I put, it still 
   says contest hasn’t started. Even if I press the NOW button. I have my time zone
   as UTC-8 (Pacific time) and it still isn’t working.

 * we did a couple tests and the contest seems to be starting right on time.
 * What is your blog timezone setting (Settings > General)?
 * When you set the starting time a few days in the past, is the contest still not
   starting?
