 * I was wondering if there was some sort of mod that would allow me to add content
   warnings for certain posts or pages. I found one, but it seems to be site-wide
   only.

 * Use a tag to designate mature content. Then in single.php, if has_tag() run a
   custom function to throw a jQueryUI modal dialog.
 * Maybe there’s a plugin; you’d need some dev chops to set up my suggested solution.
