    Hello,

I am using the content toggle block, but I noticed an issue. Here are the conditions I have:

    • I use the content toggle block with multiple toggles
    • In the Parent content toggle block: I turn on the “Show only one panel at a time”

when clicking on one content toggle, it doesn’t stick to the top of the browser, unless I use Google Chrome on my laptop.

Here are some screenshots about the situation I describe.

Do you know where does this JS problem come from?

    Best regards,

    Hi @blurry7923,

Can you please share a link where we could check the issue directly?

    Kind regards.

    Hello @imtiazrayhan ,

Here is a link where I use the block.

You will be able to see that on google chrome desktop, the JS is working.

However, on my iPhone with safari or Google Chrome, it is not, and so the user is kind of lost.

    Can you reproduce the issue?

    Hello @imtiazrayhan ,

Did you have time to reproduce the issue?

It seems like you are using custom HTML in the panel title.

    That could be the issue.

I am looking more into it.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @imtiazrayhan ,

    Thanks for the reply.

The thing is that weirdly, when I open my website in the wordpress preview mode on my desktop, your JS animation is working great.

    Hi,

I understand that. But panel title was intended to have plain text only. We didn’t think of the scenario where custom HTML might be used in the panel title.

We will see if we can make it work with custom HTML.

I will let you know as soon as we have something.

    Kind regards.

Can you tell me what you mean by panel title?

Ok, I misread custom HTML with custom JS.

Are you sure I put custom HTML? It is usually text with image and urls only.

How are you inserting the images in the title?

    (@blurry7923)

Yes but as an inline image.

    Hello @imtiazrayhan ,

Did you find out the issue?

I also added custom JS to make some behaviours. I don’t think it might impact the behaviour of the toggle, but just want you to let you know.

    Hello @imtiazrayhan ,

I would like to know if you have found any solution for that issue?

    Hi @blurry7923,

I haven’t been able to recreate the issue on my end.

Is it possible to remove the custom JS you added, and see if that fixes it.

If it does, we can look into your code to see if we can make it work.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @imtiazrayhan ,

I disabled all the JS and it is still not working.

    I tried on these browsers:

    • Safari:
    • πŸ’»: not working
    • πŸ“±: not working
    • Chrome:
    • πŸ’»: working
    • πŸ“±: not working
    • Firefox:
    • πŸ’»: Ok-ish
    • πŸ“±: not working

I tried on a non-nested content toggle, and it was the same.

Could you help me to make it work?

Where is the JS which makes this block work, in order to check the code?
