# Content Timeline Date

 * Love the plugin. With the “content timeline” block is there anyway to override
   the Display Post Date that is printed next to the entry. For example I would 
   like to use the block to show some historical details and I may only want a year,
   or to put a BCE at the end ( 254 BCE) or a rough date (i.e. c.1884) rather than
   an exact date.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the reply, but I had no doubts, what I want to do doesn’t work. What
   is shown in the video works, i.e. 280 BCE, that is text after the date. However
   that is not what I want, I would like to put “c.1889” for the date, i.e. “circa
   1889”, “about 1889”. So text before the date. The plugin doesn’t appear to let
   you do that, at least it doesn’t on my install.

 * We have added a Date Format option here. You need to select “Normal Text” as 
   the option in order to allow your custom Dates to work seamlessly.
