[resolved] Content theft (7 posts)

I have discovered, via a google search, that another WP site has stolen some of my content.
They have not provided any means of contacting them on the site, and in fact, there may also be some problem coding on the site, as it crashes my browser on every visit.
Is there any way to report this to WP for resolution, as it's a WP site?
It's called vablitz and the stolen content does include the name of my blog, Kavey Eats.
    Many thanks indeed,

Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing we can do here to help you directly. The only thing I can suggest is that you read this article on the subject of content theft.

In short, go to who is to find out who their host is and report them. This is a TOS violation and their site will be pulled.

Thanks, was hoping there might be a quicker solution via WP but will do as suggested and go to their host service.
    Thank you!

WP simply provides a tool for folks use. There's no governance on ethics.

  6. Unless the site is hosted at wordpress.com, WordPress is not the host (and if it is, read http://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/ )

Yep, had thought it was a WP-hosted site, but was mistaken, so will try contacting the ISP. THanks.
