Recently I have upgraded the plugin from 1.2.4 to 1.2.5 version. I have noticed that after the upgrade the optimization code from wpcacheon in the .htaccess file is removed. I had to deactivate and then again activate the plugin in order for the code to be added again.

In my experience with WordPress and optimizing plugins this is not a normal behavior.
