In the PrintFriendly & PDF plugin settings, change the “My content selected by settings”.
This should solve the problem.
Here’s an article showing you how: http://support.printfriendly.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1364607-page-content-not-selected
I have already tried both of those options (not at the same time) I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in. Nothing works. No this is not resolved.
Are you using our WordPress Plugin? I’m assuming you are, but your site doesn’t show WP when checking with BuiltWith. http://builtwith.com/?http%3a%2f%2fwww.frommmetoyou.com%2flighted-mrs-clause-ornament-free-pattern%2f
The reason I ask, there’s some general WP markers we use to identify the content which are not appearing.
If you are using WP PrintFriendly & PDF Plugin go to our Plugin settings and make sure this option is chosen…
My Content Selected By: WP “the_content” filter
If that doesn’t fix, you need to add class=”print-only” to the parent content element in the template. See here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/401527/Screenshots/Lighted_Mrs__Clause_Ornament_%E2%80%93_Free_Pattern___Fromm_Me_To_You.png
I am using the standard version on my website, not wordpress based, and it works fine on all browsers, etc, but using my blackberry smartphone it just links to printfriendly website (I haven’t tried with other smartphones). Anything I can do about that? Please help.
Try changing the JavaScript setting in the PrintFriendly & PDF plugin settings? Try it with JavaScript on, then try off.
thanks for the reply. I tried what you suggested, nothing changed. I did manage to resolve this issue by removing the href attribute from the a
tag and giving the a
tag a pointer cursor. It looks and works fine on the blackberry as well as desktop. Thank you for the reply once again.
