Content not in edit area

    I’m in the process of editing a client’s website and when I look to the pages, the content area is blank. There is no pagebuilder type of plugin that would cause this to appear blank. Has anyone encountered this? It’s not the first time and I am thinking this was a poorly structured website.

    Just trying to edit the client’s pages, so any assistance would be very welcome at this time.
