 * Thanks for creating the free plugins, really appreciate it!
 * Any setting in the plugin that we can use to lock the content and once the Donate
   button is clicked it opens a separate tab for donation, meanwhile gives access
   to hidden content?

   in this plugin.
 * However, have you considered using a membership plugin? This allows you to protect
   the content and once they subscribe or register to your site, they then have 
   access to the protected content. Once they are logged in, they are then redirected
   to the page where they can make some donations and also have access to other 
   protected content.
