 * I like to integrate content in my wordpress page from a webpage, which comes 
   not from a wordpress system. I like to add some parts of the webpage in my worpress
   page.
    How can I migrate web content from a extern page to my WP-Site. Maybe 
   with any plugin? Maybe someone has an idea or recommendation for me. Thanks a
   lot!

 * Go to dashboard->Tools->Import->WordPress install now then import the your file
   and Click the Go Button
