 * Hi!
 * I keep getting the following warning:
    Retargeting ads can’t run for 1 out of
   1 product views on this page, because the products people have viewed are missing
   from your catalogs.
 * The reason behind that is because the feed is exporting the SKU as ID, but I
   have no idea why Facebook sees product ID from database as ID. What value should
   I setup for g:id in order for this to work?
 * Thanks!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcontent-ids%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When you are using our plugin
   both for your Facebook feed and the Facebook pixel then you should be using the
   product ID for the g:id field.
 * See this blog post:
    [https://adtribes.io/align-facebook-catalog-facebook-pixel/](https://adtribes.io/align-facebook-catalog-facebook-pixel/)
 * Hope this helps?

 * Hi!
 * I keep getting the error. In the Facebook Catalogue it imports ID in the following
   way:
    – my SKU_Product ID instead of just Product ID
 * And in term Facebook returns retargeting error for 50% of the abandoned carts,
   since it says that the product is missing from the catalogue.
 * By the way – I use your “Product Feed Elite” plugin.
 * Thanks!

 * When you are using plugin to both create your Facebook catalogue feed and to
   add the pixel to your website then they will align as long as you follow [these guidelines](https://adtribes.io/align-facebook-catalog-facebook-pixel/).
 * Bear in mind that if you make changes to your feed configuration/pixel or just
   switched to our plugin today or yesterday that it could take a couple of days
   before Facebook registers this and the notifications disappear.
 * We can do a quick check for you if all is fine. Can you send us the Facebook
   feed URL you created with our plugin?

 * Thanks for this. I had a quick look and noticed a few things going wrong.
 * First of all, you have strange values in your item_group_id’s in your feed. See
   for example:
 * >  <item>
   >  <g:id>13614</g:id> <g:availability>in stock</g:availability> <g:condition
   > >New</g:condition> <g:description>• Дълга Лятна Рокля • Състав: 100% копринен
   > шифон • Изключително елегантна и удобна • Кръстосани презрамки на гърба</g:
   > description> <g:image_link>[https://sarasweidan.bg/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/SaraSweidan-New-Collection-36.jpg</g:image_link&gt](https://sarasweidan.bg/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/SaraSweidan-New-Collection-36.jpg</g:image_link&gt);
   > <g:link>[https://sarasweidan.bg/produkt/2420/?attribute_%25d1%2580%25d0%25b0%25d0%25b7%25d0%25bc%25d0%25b5%25d1%2580%25d0%25b8=XS&utm_source=Facebook%20Catalog%20Feed%20/%20Instagram&utm_campaign=FACEBOOK%20CATALOG&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=13614</g:link&gt](https://sarasweidan.bg/produkt/2420/?attribute_%25d1%2580%25d0%25b0%25d0%25b7%25d0%25bc%25d0%25b5%25d1%2580%25d0%25b8=XS&utm_source=Facebook%20Catalog%20Feed%20/%20Instagram&utm_campaign=FACEBOOK%20CATALOG&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=13614</g:link&gt);
   > <g:title>Рокля от шифон “Coral Loves Turquoise” XS</g:title> <g:price>BGN 189,00
   > </g:price> <g:brand>Sara Sweidan</g:brand> **<g:item_group_id>20152895_2420
   > </g:item_group_id>** <g:sale_price>BGN 99,00</g:sale_price> <g:identifier_exists
   > >no</g:identifier_exists> </item>
 * Whereas that should contain just the product ID of the parent product (which
   I think is 2420 in the above example). So make sure you leave the default mapping
   for the g:item_group_id in place.
 * Secondly you seem to be having 2 Facebook pixels installed on your website which
   could lead to problems, see: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3twanjupa038i4/FacebookPixel1.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3twanjupa038i4/FacebookPixel1.png?dl=0)
 * Thirdly, you are not using our FB pixel implementation but that of PixelYourSite
   who is putting in the wrong values in the content_ids parameter of the pixel.
   So I strongly suggest you disable the two Facebook pixels you currently use and
   use our pixel implementation.
 * Bear in mind that it could take a couple of days before the notifications in
   Facebook are gone when you have made the above changes.

 * Thank you!
 * Things are getting better. Now I have the following errors:
    ISSUE One or more
   of your InitiateCheckout events has invalid characters in the value field. This
   may affect your ability to see return on ad spend calculations.
 * I have no idea why, but it takes the price in the following way:
    139,00 instead
   of 139.00 – i.e .with a comma, instead of a dot
 * Thanks again for your time!

 * Prices on your website do contain a comma and so does the price in your pixel.
   That should be fine as Facebook does allow comma’s in the price. Are you sure
   there is nothing else wrong? Also, are you on the latest version of the plugin?

 * Yes, I’m using the latest version of the plugin – Product Feed Elite ver.2.0
 * Here’s what the solution of the problem should be, accoring to FB:
    Open your
   website’s source code. Locate the InitiateCheckout event(s) and update the event
   code snippet. The value field must contain a decimal number greater than zero,
   and may not include letters, special characters, currency symbols or commas.
 * Everywhere else it takes the price the following way:
    139.00 But on InitateCheckout
   event it takes: 139,00
