 * My content does not load properly and fully and despite troubleshooting! I even
   paid for PRO version. I can’t get simple content and images to load.

 * I had to install another theme for a time because I was having so many issues.
   I have activated the Cactus PRO theme again. I need a resolution, or I need a
   refund on this because it has yet to work.
