[resolved] Content Blocks and WP-Filebase (2 posts)

    Hi,

I have recently installed Content Blocks and it's a great little module.

I also have WP-Filebase installed which is associated to a page so that the directory/files show on that page. However, we have identified a bug in that each content block on the page where WP-Filebase is set to appear appends the directory structure on the end of it.

Say in your main page you have a directory of:

    Folder One
    Folder Two
    Folder Three

If we have two content blocks in the right hand sidebar with some content then each one will appear like this:

This is the content of content block one

    Folder One
    Folder Two
    Folder Three

This is the content of content block two

    Folder One
    Folder Two
    Folder Three

I've had to disable content blocks for the time being due to this adverse effect. Any ideas or suggestions as to how this can be fixed would be welcome.

    Regards,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

This is because the WP-Filebase plugin does not check when to add its content. You can check the 'Do not apply content filters' checkbox on the widget to prevent this from happening.

It is best to ask the developer of the WP-Filebase plugin to check this post: http://pippinsplugins.com/playing-nice-with-the-content-filter/
