  • A few of us have had this problem, which I’d like to see fixed. I chose Content Aware Sidebars because of the Polylang support.

Thanks in advance for addressing this,

With FTP-access to your server, I’ve found it’s an easy fix to do yourself until Content Aware Sidebars gets updated:

    • Locate wpml-config.xml in /wp-content/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/
    • download this xml-file to your computer
    • open the xml-file in a text editor (notepad would do)
    • go to line 4: <custom-field action=”ignore”>_cas_taxonomy</custom-fields>
    • remove the S from fields in the closing tag so </custom-fields> becomes </custom-field>
    • save and re-upload (overwrite) the xml file to your server
    • update Polylang to the latest version

Thank you for reporting this. It will be fixed in the next release, which hopefully will be out next week.
