Support » Plugin: Quiz Cat - WordPress Quiz Plugin » Content area already has some HTML in it

  • Hi,
Had this problem for a little while now.

For some reason, all of the content areas that allow for formatting (i.e. the quiz description and responses) are already prefilled with some HTML.

    <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-center">&nbsp;</p>

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

    Hello there,

Thanks for your inquiry. Let’s see how we can help.

This issue seems to be unique to your installation since we received no other reports of this from our other users and we are able to replicate this issue in our local installation of WordPress.

This might be caused by a theme or plugin conflict.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Quiz Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Head here for detailed instructions:

If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know the name of the conflicting software and try to contact the author of the software to see if they can fix it.

    Thanks.
