    Hi,

Today I tried to create a new Text Block in the Block Editor, but the content appears white on a white background (very difficult to read/edit); I duplicated a previously-created Text Block, with which I had never had this problem, and it had the same problem. I also can’t modify the content except with HTML, with which I have no experience – that is why I used the Block Editor.

I need to be able to see the text I am modifying, but cannot when it appears white on white. Highlighting bit by bit is aggravating and time-consuming.

My organization uses the Avada theme, if that helps.

    Please advise.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt:
    – If you have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Hello! Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, neither of these actions effected the desired change. Do I have any more options?
