In the screen shots you sent, I see that you received error code 500, a server error. I was not able to replicate the issue (see my test parameters below). However…
That error could be a conflict with another WordPress plugin, or your WordPress theme. You can try deactivating your other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if one of them may be conflicting with our plugin.
Please provide us with:
* Your Android Version
I tested the plugin using:
* WordPress 4.7.2
* Content.ad Plugin 1.2.11
* Chrome 56.0.2924.87 for Android
* Android 7.1.1 Nougat**
**I didn’t know which Android version you are using based on your screen shots, so I tested on the latest version.
There was one add-on, I disabled it, it did not work, sir. thank you so much.

I confirmed that disabling the conflicting plugin has allowed our ads to display on your site. Please let us know which plugin was the conflict so we can work to resolve it in the future.
