    I get the following emails, but the emails are not added to my account in Constant Contact.

    I sure wish this plugin would just work, like so many others. But there seems to be constant issues instead of constant contact.

    Some quick questions that can help determine what may be going on.

    Just to make sure, have you selected a list to add the submitting users to?

    Have you tested the form with the “Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling? setting checked? Possible there’s some issues related to scheduling of the API requests that are preventing successful adding.

    I have the exact same problem.
    I have added the list to submit the users to
    and I have also checked “Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling?”

    However, the form is not saving the user to my list.

    @stevenyap just as a quick test, if you’re willing, can you try with a very basic form and see if that submits? Something like just an email address and see if that adds them. It can be done on a non-public page so only you know where that form is. I’m wondering if somehow some of the extra fields are playing a part in things, or if it’s maybe something else.

    @tw2113 I have tried it with a basic form and it also doesn’t work… is it because the account is under trial? I have checked that there is no console error when submitting the form.

    I am having this problem off and on. I get notices from WordPress stating that “Good News, you just captured a new visitor submission. Congratulations! Your constant contact forms plugin has successfully captured new information.”

    I get the details of the contact in the email. I go to check to see if the contact was added to the list I have setup in the form in CC and it’s not there. Sometimes it is, sometimes it’s not. I have spoken with support at Constant Contact and they checked my site out and all settings are correct and the plugin is up to date. They told me to contact you through here for further analysis. I don’t want to have to constantly check that contacts are getting added as that us counter productive to what the plugin is supposed to do. Can you please get to the bottom of this.

    Hey @mfabes really hard to say and/or pinpoint one specific thing that may be going wrong if it’s working sometimes, but not other times.
