Contacts forms not displaying on my iPhone/ipad

Hi new to this.

We have the contact from 7.4.7 on our website and when the contact form is filled in by a client and sent to us we have a problem seeing it. On our desktops the form displays perfectly with all the contact info.
However when we receive it on our iPads or iPhone the contact form info doesn’t display. The email either downloads for about 20 mins and then disappears or arrives empty and the content of the contact form hasn’t arrived and can’t be downloaded.

Help this is very frustrating when we are not able to access our desk top computer.
