  • My web developer created a Contact7 form for my website. At that time the emails were directed to my work email address which was set up on Outlook (imap) My email has been been changed over to Google (gmail) so a Pop3 email but for some reason anyone who fills out my contact7 form, the response emails are still coming to my outlook which I thought should not be working??? Please help!

  • Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. This will help others here to understand your actual problem.

    In the following fields, you can use these mail-tags:

    Additional Headers

    Message Body

    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output
    Use HTML content type

    That’s the weird thing – so my email used to be setup through Outlook but now it is gmail. I have checked with gmail and they say everything is set up how it should be and I spoke to my server provider and they say again everything should be going through to gmail – so I don’t know what to do?

    I think you may some issues with your email application setup (i.e. the email program you use to receive emails on your local computer.) For your description this is not a Contact Form 7 issue so I am not able to offer any further suggestions.
