Contact Sending To Wrong E-mail

Noticed other posts with this issue were closed so I started a new one.
Problem:
Jetpack Contact Form Sends messages to the administrative e-mail address set in wordpress.

Solution:
During the build phase, I usually do a preview and then I was testing the contact form from the preview before the page was actually published. I published the page and then did a test while not logged in. I also repeated the test logged in as a subscriber and as an admin. In both cases the e-mail successfully went to the correct e-mail address.

Conclusion:
Some aspect of the code doesn’t finalize itself until the page a jetpack contact form is on is actually published. While this is not a very big issue, I feel that some people would rather be sure the form works correctly before actually publishing the page it’s on. I hope this might help other people who are having the same issue.
