Contact seller if over X lbs?

Is there a way to add a rule so that if the order is over 60 lbs, there’s a message to contact the seller for pricing?

One way to do it is to set up your shipping rules so no shipping options shown to a customer for orders over 60 lbs, e.g.:
- Title: Regular Shipping; Base Cost: $10; Order Weight: below 60 lbs.In that case WooCommerce will show ‘No shipping options were found’.
Then, you can replace this message with arbitrary text with the WooCommerce No Shipping Message plugin.
