    This question was asked but I have yet to receive an update on how it was resolved.

    When I fill out the contact seller form I am not receiving the response to my admin email. The email address was inputted correctly and there is no spam. I am using a gmail address for my admin email account. This matter is urgent. How can I get this fixed?

  • Update: After changing my admin email address from my gmail to my yahoo account I am getting the admin email. Do you all have any recommendations to have the form work for gmail accounts?

    Quick Note: All of my other forms work fine with my gmail account. It’s just the contact seller form that doesn’t work.

    Hello, dear @joalmoore the gmail shouldn’t cause any problem, as well as yahoo, we just checked the form with gmail and it worked. so will much appreciate if you drop a message to info@huge-it.com we will examine the set of your plugins, template and probably the issue is very site specific. Thank you

    I have the same problem as joalmoore. My admin email is a gmail account, and I am not getting a message after submission. I also tested the confirmation message to the client and the plugin is not sending a message to the user email account. I actually used a my test email account for this and I don’t get any confirmation from the plugin.

    Should I also drop info@huge-it.com a mail to help me out with this?
