    When I receive email notifications from the contact seller button in the catalog…they are received in my junk folder in outlook. The email is tagged as potential phishing email? and forced into the junk email folder…Am I missing something in the set-up of the plug in? to prevent this from occurring.

    Could you, please, try to change your administrator email and check if the same issue exists or not? This issue may be related to the mail server and not to the plugin itself. Thus we will be glad to discover that with your help.

    Thanks. I tried a different email, same results?

    Thinking it might be the fact that the contact form is asking for personal information “phone number”?
    email still get noted as possible spoofing email…and are still getting sent to junk folder in OUTLOOK 2016

    Dear jvolek8226,

    Seems that the issue is related to your hosting server which is sending the emails of our “Contact Seller” form to the Spam folder. Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to provide any instructions because the issue is related to the server’s configurations.
