The contact plugin doesn’t work. I have typed in the destination email address correctly but the message sent through my website doesn’t reach my email inbox for some reason.

    Thankful for any help!

  • Hi @oakleafconsulting,

I’ve tested the “Form” CoBlocks block on my test site with the Go theme active, and the submission successfully arrives to my email.

This means that something is most likely blocking the emails from being sent from your site.

First, try and check if it is possible to send any emails from your site.

You can do this by installing the WP Mail SMTP plugin, and then, when in the plugin settings, navigate to the “Email Test” tab, and click on “Send email”.

If the test email isn’t successfully delivered, you can then try disabling all of the plugins, and sending an email test again through WP Mail SMTP.

If the issue persists, then you most likely have to connect your site to your hosting’s SMTP relay server.

You can do this within the WP Mail SMTP plugin itself, all you need is your hosting’s SMTP credentials, which you can contact your hosting for.

If the issue is still present after connecting to the SMTP server, then this is most likely an issue within the hosting, for which you should contact them.

Please let me know if my answer was of any help.
