    I’s like to know if the “Contact person mail” has been replaced by the “Contact person pending email” and if the “Contact person mail” will now be send after approving reservations.
    If so, is it possible to disable one or the other?
    I don’t really see the point in also sending confirmations on approvements to the contact persons, since they do the approvals themselves…

    Pending is only for those events requiring approval. It has always been in there, but just not per event (and now it can be changed per event).

    I already understood that, but apart from the ability to set requiring approval per event, it seems you have also added an extra mail: Like the attendee the contact person now also recieves a confirmation mail after the approval.
    I understand it’s usefull to confirm the approval to the attendee, but not to the contact person, because he allready knows (since he did the approval himself)…

    It has been like that in the 1.0.4 version as well, nothing changed there.
    And sometimes other people do the approval …

    Sorry, but I can’t find “Contact person pending email format” in 1.0.4.
    The only e-mail to the contact person under “RSVP: mail options” is see is the one named “Contact person email format”. In 1.0.4 (or at least in our case) that was sent to the contact person when someone reserved for an event, even if the event needed approval.
    In 1.0.5. it is still there, but now the one under “Contact person pending email format” is sent in that case.
    Of course you are right about the possibility of other people doing the approvals…

    For the pending format in 1.0.4: you might be right. I believe it is because in 1.0.4 the pending format was the same as the confirmation mail (to the contact person) except for the mail subject, which was confusing according to some people. So now it can be changed 🙂
    But also in 1.0.4 a mail was being sent when pending, but the content was the same for registrations needing or not needing approval. Maybe that’s confusing you?
