Contact Page Emails Not Received

I am having an issue with the Contact page within the Theme Options. I have a page set up as a contact page. When I used the Contact page to send an email the email was not received into the mail box specified. I checked the spam folder too. I read in the forum documentation that there might be an issue with SMTP so I installed the WP-MAIL-SMTP plugin. Can you tell me what I need to do in order to receive the emails into my AOL email account from the Contact Form?
I made an attempt to send myself a test message but here is what happened:
