# Contact page + captcha problems

 * Hi,
 * Our ‘contact us; page is looking a little rough. There is a lot of HTML text 
   showing on the page as well as, the captcha after the form doesn’t show anything
   but the word ‘captcha’. [http://greentronics.com/contact-us-2/](http://greentronics.com/contact-us-2/)
   That is the link. Not sure what went wrong, and I am not well versed in WordPress.
   Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 * Is that part of your theme, or a plugin you’re using. If you’re not sure, try
   deactivating your plugins to explore whether any are responsible.

 * Just deactivated a captcha plugin and that seemed to fix the captcha problem.
   Still unsure about the HTML mess

 * The issue will be easier to debug for someone familiar with the Captcha plugin,

 * The person who created the website was using visual composer. The only problem
   is that he never sent us the licence key and it looks as if he removed visual
   composer (it isn’t in my plugin list and I am asked for a key). So I will likely
   have to buy it again. It looks like the captcha has been fixed.
