    Hi,
I want to create a contact us page (either as a category or as a link, it doesn't really matter) and I'd like it to have a simple form - name, address & comments, which will tehn be emailed to me at the address I specify.
I know there are scripts to do this, but I'd prefer not to have to start messing around with unknown 3rd party scripts + it strikes me that the comments link in WP practically does what I want anyway - I just need it to email me the comment instead of posting them on my site (validation would be nice, but not essential).
So does anyone have (or feel inclined to come up with) a way I can customise wp so that when people go to my contact us page, they get a form, the contents of which is posted to me instead of being published? I'm sure this would be of interest to lots of people.
    Thanks.

you should use a third party script for this. third party scripts will have better built in security against flooding, spamming, and other threats.
try ultimate form mail or dodos mail.
