Contact not created in infusionsoft

I am using this plugin with Gravity Forms and I can’t get it to create a contact in infusionsoft. I am also using the Gravity Forms plugin that creates an account in WP. So, on submission of the Gravity Form I want to a) create a WP User and b)create an infusionsoft Contact.

My API key and all validates, the form submits successfully but no contact is created in IF.

I am happy to pay for support if needed.
